MILLIONS STILL WAIT

Dear Prayer Partners: March 15, 2004

Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. On March 22 nd Pastor Myron Williams will be leaving for India with a group of Pastor's from Independent Gospel Mission. On April 5 th I am scheduled to depart to India for three weeks. I will meet Pastor Williams on April 7 th . We will be involved in numerous pastors and leadership meetings as well as Gospel meetings beginning in the state of Andhra Pradesh in South India then moving northward, culminating with meetings in the state of Sikkim , North India .

We will also be having our annual Vision2020Asia Indian Advisory Council meeting this year at Bhadravathi in the state of Karnataka. Please pray for us as we finalize our plans for the All India Conference to be conducted November 2-5 in Siliguri, North India in West Bengal state. Myron, Pastor Athem and I will be visiting our second school of evangelism which recently opened in the state of Manipur, Northeast India . We are anticipating the graduation of 14 students. Please pray for the fulfillment of our vision to train and equip 4,000 Indian nationals by 2010. This is an immense vision but we serve a big God. “Call unto me and I will answer thee and shew thee great and mighty things...”.

Funds are greatly needed for our travel expenses, training programs, support for pastors and evangelists. Books, booklets, Gospels of John, Romans and Bibles must be purchased or printed. We would also like to begin a correspondence course as well as radio and television ministries. These needs are real. Our time is short. The enemy is advancing fast and furiously. Satan has no intention of relinquishing this territory without a great fight. Pray fervently that the radical Hindu forces that are vehemently opposing the efforts for the spread of the Gospel in India will be defeated in the upcoming national and state elections taking place in April. These radical, militant Hindu's are creating much havoc and turmoil among the Christian community. Several states have recently passed anti-conversion laws resulting in fines and imprisonment. India 's constitution states there is to be religious freedom for all. These radicals want to change India 's constitution. They are also inciting and infuriating other Hindu's to join with them against the growing spread of Christianity that is greatly affecting all of India .

God is definitely on the move but at the same time the opposition is increasing. Your faithful prayers are urgently needed . As God enables you, your financial assistance would be greatly appreciated. Without adequate funds our efforts will be limited. The harvest is ripe. The laborers are few. The hour is late. Millions of souls hang in the balances. We dare not slack up one bit! Pray for our health and safety during the thousands of miles we will be traveling.
